Melissa Rubber Sneakers Women's Size 9 Made in Brazil

I'm not sure if these are short boots or waterproof sneakers.  The shoes are in good condition and soles show minimum wear.  The inner right heal has some scuff marks on it.  The right shoe also has either some marks I can't get out, or blue marbling affect.
