I have tried to find out the manufacturer name with no luck.  The initials: E.G. Co. (Company) are present just below the neck.  I've consulted with experts who say it may not be the bottle maker, but could be the medical supply company that worked with a bottle maker to produce this item.

This is a vintage hospital urinal - clear glass

Seams on both sides

Has 4 oz marks on one side: 4, 12, 16, 20 24, 32

Has a glass handle

Urinal measures 10.5 inches tall x about 4 inches wide x 5.5 inches from side to top of handle.

The opening with the sprint measures about 2.25 inches in diameter.

It will lay on its side for use and it will stand straight up on its base.

Clearly machine made due to seams.
