These soft velour jogger style pants feature two pockets and wide elastic at the waist and cuffs.  They are a cotton/polyester blend and are machine washable.

Approximate measurements are 20 inches across at the waist, unstretched, inseam is 28 inches, and the rise is 15.5 inches.
