Antique pair wood house shutters with louvers.  The louvers do not function as their stuck due to old paint. The louvers are complete.   They show wear consistent with age, use and weather exposure and will have chips, nail holes and small splits should be expected.  The shutters are in a heavily chipped pale lite blue with a chipped slate blue edge and backside over a teal blue.  Attached is incomplete hardware included as shown, may be removed for safer shipping. The hardware may have damage that can't be seen until removed.
