Will not issue refund if the design/colour or mould is not to your satisfaction. As all chocolates are homemade not in a factory. Due to reasons I sometimes cannot replicate it exactly as the picture.

Returns are accepted. For hygiene reasons as this item is food, refund is only issued when you return the item UNDAMAGED AND UNOPENED.

Chocolates are freshly made to order. Eat within 10 days of delivery. Store in a cool, dark place and away from heat. Please note this product contains all tree nuts, dairy, wheat, sesame and soy
