This is a Lionel, Hamm’s Billboard Reefer Car No. 6-9862; it was in 1975-‘76. This unit is NOS; also it is “Standard 0” gauge and, 0-27, 027. The Box has a couple of very minor scuffs. If you need more photos or information please let me know.
