A beautifully hand-crafted 835 silver butterfly pin and earrings set. Finely detailed filigree wires, all in excellent condition, are featured throughout. The pin has a trombone clasp, popular in Europe in the mid to late 19th century and beyond. The clasp is in good working order. The earrings are of a screw back design and are working perfectly.  The earrings are both stamped "835"; the pin is not stamped. Possibly of German manufacture. The pin measures about 1 7/8" wide; the earrings measure a shade under 1 1/4" wide. Please note the set might have had a gold vermeil application, which has mostly worn away, but we are by no means certain of that.  Please carefully review the preceding important condition description box and photo gallery.
