DESCRIPTION: Buyer will receive the exact ruby glass “oval hobnail” gas/oil lamp shade shown in the photographs. Nothing else included or implied. Great dark ruby color! This is an original Victorian era antique lamp shade, not a reproduction. These oval hobnail pattern cylinder gas lamp shades were made at Sandwich Massachusetts circa 1880 - 1896.

SIZE: 6” Tall x 6” outside Diameter with 4-7/8” (5”) fitter end. The larger open end is approximately 5-5/8” inside diameter

CONDITION REPORT: Used. Original, Antique. Excellent condition for its age, no chips, no cracks, no repairs. The rim and fitter ends are both original factory fire polished. It has normal use-wear scuffs on the fitter end but nothing excessive, no chips, no repairs. Overall this item has no significant damages, but it may show light use-wear consistent with age and prior service.
