This is a 90's Grunge Style, Purple 

Crushed Velvet Slip Dress.

It is a sleeveless V-neck dress w/adjustable straps and 2 hidden side pockets. It features 2 different kinds of black lace trim around the bottom hem and neckline, as well as a decorative metal cross and little black bow on the front of the bust.

*The cross is easily removed.
