new old stock, made in 1996 by  general clothing corp inc, in usa. fabric  is not listed but i believe is rubber. heavier weight, no strong  odor as in lighter older types. says is oversized so can fit a large or xl as made to go over uniform. heavy duty brass Zipper in front.2 front patch pockets on bottom of jacket close with velcro and are 10" high and 8.5" wide. the flaps that close are  4" high and 10" wide. arm pit to arm pit =27"(made oversize  as made to go  over uniform i think will also fit an xl) top of hood to bottom of jacket =37".
