 Made in Europe using 100% high-tech carbon fiber pre-preg fabric, this heat shield is extremely lightweight, but still strong enough for even the most demanding riders.

This High Strength Carbon Fiber Heat Shield is designed with a classic 2/2 twill, 3k woven carbon fiber appearance and boasts a pin-hole free, high gloss finish. The matrix used is a high-performance epoxy resin which offers excellent mechanical properties, as well as clarity. The high-temperature cure maximizes the mechanical strength properties and results in a Tg (glass transition) of 140°C.
