Antique French double inkwell with pen holders.  It has a brass frame and central handle, with two fixed glass inkwells, and a mother of pearl base surface.  It stands on four feet, with a green fabric underside.  The base measures approx. 11cm by 8.5cm, and the handle stands 14cm in height.  The handle has a cherub and cornucopia design.  The mother of pearl has some damage, as per the photos – there are three cracks running through it from the centre, and a few small edge chips.  Otherwise, in good overall condition.
