Cancellation Policy:

Due to an increased amount of cancellation requests, we have updated our cancellation policy and are only allowing cancellations within the first hour after purchase, as per eBay's recommendation, unless it is a presale item. Cancellations are not accepted for pre-sale items. We will not respond to cancellation requests made outside of the hour window.

When purchasing an item with our store, buyers are entering a contract-- this is a legally-binding agreement to purchase the item from us-the seller. Buyers are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the title and description with our store's policies.

Pre-Sale Policy

All pre-sales of products are final. We do not offer refunds/cancellations for anything purchased before the release date.

When purchasing a pre-sale product, the market value of an item is known to fluctuate. This makes the pre-sale a 

shared risk for both the seller and buyer. When purchasing a pre-sale with SimplyUnlucky, the buyer agrees to follow through with their transaction. However, the buyer may return their pre-sale item once it arrives.

Return Policy

Due to an increased amount of return requests, we have updated our return policy. Buyers will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee for all returns. We do not currently have the staff to focus solely on returns. This policy will help us provide a more positive experience for serious buyers. 

We do not accept returns on pre-sales items (This is because the product has not yet been shipped to you)

If you would like to return a pre-sale product once it is shipped to you please contact us.

Refunds will be sent upon receipt of the return item.

 We don't allow cancellations on Auctions

Boxes from cases will always be factory sealed, in situations boxes will be taken from the manufactured case and put into flat rate shipping boxes.

Please Contact Us if you would like your case to stay sealed and we can inform you of the additional shipping cost.

We do not combine shipping for auctions unless 4 or more are purchased.

When 4 or more auctions are purchased, the buyer may request a shipping discount. Buyers may receive a shipping discount of up to 50%.
