David Anderton, a writer with a long involvement in the subject, discusses the development of the aircraft with rare authority, while John Batchelor’s illustrations show the hardware in brilliant colour and superbly accurate detail.

Super artists’ colour illustrations throughout and dozens of period photographs supplemented by general arrangement drawings ensure this book is an excellent reference source.

This book is in used but in good condition considering the book’s age with light wear and marking on the cover (see photograph).  All pages are present and free from tears, creases, and marks.  Printed in softback but large page format its 64 pages measure 29.5cm x 22.5cm.
