What is acupressure ??

Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique similar in principle to acupuncture. It is based on the concept of life energy which flows through "meridians" in the body. In treatment, physical pressure is applied to acupuncture points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians. Pressure may be applied by hand, by elbow, or with various devices. al studies have suggested that acupressure may be effective at helping manage nausea and vomiting, for helping low back pain, tension headaches, stomach ache. The goal of acupressure is to restore health and balance to the body's channels of energy and to regulate opposing forces of yin (negative energy) and yang (positive energy). Some proponents claim acupressure not only treats the energy fields and body but also the mind, emotions, and spirit.

Our acupressure kit includes :

1. Wooden Hand Kerala Roll (2 piece) : Roll in your hands for 5-10 minutes daily, best for middle part of palm & finger relaxation. Stimulates acupressure points activates blood circulation, morning freshness, shoulder pain and total health.

2. Sujok Rings (2 pieces) : Su means hand while jok means palm. Sujok can be done with other therapies also and it produces no side effects.Simply massage the sujok ring and rotate in an up and down motion for 30 seconds on each finger. Total of 5-10 minutes on a daily basis. Acupressure spikes will stimulate nerve endings on each finger while massaging the meridian points.

3. Sujok thumb pad (1 piece) : It is used to apply pressure on various parts of the palm or feet to give general/specific acupressure treatment. It helps in all digestive problems, arthritis, headache, loss of memory, all joint muscular pain, paralysis, skin problem, obesity, ear and eye problem.
