This flicker ring was manufactured by Vari Vue in the early 1960's as one of their first and best quality products ever made, as evidenced by the picture. This is one of many flicker rings that Vari Vue produced in a group that have multi action animation from the use of 3-5 separate images within the lenticular. The ring is in mint unused condition with all of it's shiny silver colored plating intact. It will be tough to find examples anywhere else.
