The Bilstein 24-329132 B6 4600 Front Shock is a direct OE-replacement, monotube gas-pressurized shock designed specifically for the front suspension of 2019 through 2025 Ram 1500 pickup trucks equipped with 4WD and without factory air leveling suspension. Built with a velocity-sensitive digressive piston and a robust 46 mm body, this shock delivers enhanced ride quality, improved handling, and greater stability compared to standard factory shocks. Its monotube construction also improves heat dissipation and consistent performance across a variety of road conditions.
Installation is straightforward with a direct bolt-on design that uses the vehicle’s OE mounting points and hardware, requiring no modifications.
