Wood frame has some scratches/dents yet nothing major. I would rate it an 8 on a 1-10 scale. Plexiglass has a few scratches that could be buffed out. Ticket on bottom right side has a crease on the lower right corner and a few tiny holes under the words "Supermarket." Please view the photos here to surmise the overall condition. I'm not an expert on Sports memorabilia but everything else looks to be in very good condition to me. Measures approx. 25" inches x 22" inches x 3.375" inches.
