4mm 2 Rollers Animal Feed Pellet Mill Machine

The machine not be used for wood chips.

If the feed material is hay, do not add the hay directly to the machine, mix the hay with the wet grass and add it to the machine. Avoid hay clogging the machine resulting in burning the motor.

1. Before using the machine, it is necessary to adjust the screw of the pressure roller to the appropriate position. The pressure roller and the pressure plate should be closely combined, and the three adjusting screws should be on the same horizontal plane.

2. Please fill the oil tank before using the machine. Do not idle the machine for more than 2 minutes.

3.Double-check the belt and the screws before operation.

4.Clean up the rest after use to prevent damage to the machine.

5.If the pressure roller cannot rotate normally, please tighten the screws that control the pressure roller first, and then try to power it on. If it still does not work, you can appropriately loosen the screws next to the pressure roller and then tighten them slightly again (without special tightening)

 Adjustable nut

Used to adjust the distance between the pressure roller and the grinding disc. When making pellets, the nuts on the two sides must be balanced to avoid damage to the pressure roller and grinding disc.

It is recommended to directly connect to the power supply as much as possible. If the machine is not connected to the power supply, different situations may occur, and the wires are not durable. The wires will gradually burn out over time.
