Ingredients: Water (Eau), Glyceryl Stearates, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Cetyl Palmitate, Glycerin, Peg-20 Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Xanthan Gum, Fragrance (Parfum), Acrylates/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid.

Apply a quarter size amount of tena cleansing cream to wet wipe, dry wipe, damp washcloth or bathing glove. Wash area. Turn cloth and wipe away residue. No rinsing or drying necessary.

For external use only do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children.

International Shipping Policies:

Flat Shipping Fee is charged on the International Shipments.

Orders getting shipped to Canada, North & South America, Shipping fee is $15.00 and $1.00 for each additional item.
Orders getting shipped to Mexico, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia Shipping fee is $20.00 and $10.00 for each additional item.
Orders getting shipped to rest of the countries, Shipping fee is $26.00 and $15.00 for each additional item

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.

3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you don’t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will not refund the shipping charges.
5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 bussiness days.
6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.

Customs and Duties:

VitaGen is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
