Ellis was an American author who wrote a variety of stories for novels and magazines.  Note that a previous owner traced the title page onto the page before it.

Condition:  This is a copy for reading.  The brown pages have smudges, tears and folds.  Pages 49-64 are detached from the spine but are still present.  The page edging is soiled.  The front inside seam is cracked.  The hard cover is very worn with soiling, tears, frayed edges and dented corners.
