"The Man Who Sold The World"
For more than two decades, I've envisioned David Bowie as James Bond. It's safe to say that I've devoted a significant amount of time to bringing this concept to life. The composition of this artwork is so rich and diverse that it's difficult for me to single out just one aspect. Within the cascading money in the background, I've incorporated numerous hidden images, and I particularly adore seeing Bowie donning a timeless Tom Ford suit.
Incorporating Bowie's wife, Iman, as a Bond girl in the backdrop creates the perfect fusion of Bowie and Bond. I couldn't be more thrilled with the final result of this piece. This particular listing is for Printer's Proof number 1, with a total of 3 Printer's Proofs available. I decided to produce the first one as a sleek and glossy acrylic print.
It features a stamped signature on the front, and it's personally hand-signed and numbered on the back, ready to be hung. To capture the essence of the Bond theme, I opted for a larger scale, measuring 30"X 40". This artwork would make an exceptional addition to any space.
