Made in England and crafted of the highest quality, this open sugar bowl is made in England by Lord Nelson.  The pattern is Briar Rose and was made in the 1940’s.  Now discontinued, these pieces are very hard to find and vary in price, but can run up to $200.  Get this piece at a great deal!
