We purchased this glass with several other Block pieces of glassware and noticed the "BLOCK" signature is missing from the bottom, so we believe this is either "BLOCK" with the signature worn off, or possibly a Krosno brand glass. It measures just over 6 1/4" tall by 2 7/8" wide. It's a beautiful glass. 

Please note this glass is in good condition, but there is a ripple on the outside of the glass, primarily in the portion of the clear glass just above the bubble. I've tried to capture this in the last couple photos but it is difficult to see. It feels to the touch like a slight indention.
