Dried Anchovies (Stipinna taty) or ikan bilis is widely used in most Asian and western delicacies especially in Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, China, And Russia. They are so strong that only a small amount of anchovy is needed to add flavor to sauces, salad dressings, pasta and pizza. That same small amount also delivers health benefits in the form of essential Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Protein and other nutrients. Our Anchovies are salted and ready to serve. Sometimes fried anchovies are also served as snack in between meal times.

For storage procedure : Please Store in a dry, cool place in an air-tight container to preserve it's quality.
