And just because these are a lens cap for a military AN/PVS-7A Night Vision Goggle, I took the liberty of measuring out one to see what else my fine buyers could use them for!

For the INSIDE measurement, I came up with 1.30-1.33" for a fairly snug fit.
For the OUTSIDE measurement, I came up with 1.41-1.42" until I just lost light between the lens cap and my caliper.
For the INSIDE DEPTH, I came up with 0.29-0.30".
For the OUTSIDE DEPTH, I came up with 0.337-0.338".

I hope that helps for anyone thinking of using these for other means.
