Ty Beanie Babies took the 1990's by storm and were all the rage!  McDonald's wanted to cash in on the craze, so in the mid-90's they started partnering with TBB and introduced several lines of TBB plush that were included with Happy Meals.  This little guy's name is Spangle and he represented the USA in the International Bears II collection from 1999.  Spangle is a real American in his red, white and blue outfit and is new in the box; although the box has seen better days, there's no damage to Spangle.  He is a little smaller than traditional beenies as he was made to fit inside the Happy Meal.  Please see photos for details.
