Charm care

Remove charms from stemware before placing in the dishwasher. Charms can be cleaned with warm soapy water, rinsed, and dried well. Over time the silver may tarnish, a silver jewelry cleaner may be used to clean charms. Do not let charms soak in cleaner, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PACKAGE DIRICTIONS, and as always rinse and dry well. 

Shipping

Packages are shipped USPS economy first class, have a tracking number, and take 3 to 9 days to arrive.  Please be advised – holiday shipments may take 9 days or more to arrive.

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment with the exception on weekends and holidays.

Return Policy

Returns accepted if item has been grossly misrepresented or is not as shown in listing photo

● Buyer pays return shipping.

● Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving.

● Charms must be returned unused and packaged as in listing photo.
