Shipping

Small or Medium Items

• We ship EVERY DAY by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
• You may provide a shipment label from your preferred shipping company and we'll bring the item to the station.
• When the item has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number.
• Local pickup is available; please CONTACT US prior to purchase to make arrangements.

Large Items

• Large items must be shipped by freight.
• We use a 3rd party for shipping, and the cost of shipping is highly dependent on whether the address is residential or commercial as well as its distance to us.
• You MUST have a working phone number for freight shipments; we will call you to confirm part fitment prior to releasing the shipment.
• Local pickup option is also available.

Warranty & Returns

• Standard 30-day returns. Warranty is on parts ONLY; labor is not covered

• We thoroughly examine all returns before issuing any refunds, so we request you not to remove or erase our markings.
• Additionally, you can purchase one-year Allstate insurance from eBay.
• We kindly ask that you attempt to resolve a problem with us instead of leaving a negative feedback. Problems are usually misunderstandings and with a little patience can be easily resolved. When customers give us the opportunity to respond, they are never disappointed.
• If an item is received damaged, kindly send us pictures of the package condition, the broken item from all angles and also a photo that shows the tracking number so that we can make a claim with the shipping company. We will only send you a refund when we have received payment from the shipping company.
