The official guide for cleaning your robot suggests using tap water to clean the dusty filter. However, this method can lead to the closure of filter pores, forming a thin, cement-like layer on the surface. Subsequently, the filter becomes ineffective after a few cleaning sessions.

To avoid this issue, opt for a more efficient method by using an old vacuum cleaner to clean your Roborock filter. This eliminates the need to frequently purchase new filters every month.

Simply attach the Roborock filter to the old vacuum cleaner using the provided adapter, switch on the suction, and within seconds, the filter will be thoroughly cleaned.

This adapter was designed to fit a Roborock S6's filter, it MAY work with the S60, S65, S5 MAX, T6 models that share the same type but I cannot guarantee it since I don't have it. If you do ended buying it and testing it, let me know the results!
