For Light Oil (Density < Water):
Choose this if: You are extracting oils like Lavender, Rosemary, Citrus, Peppermint, or Eucalyptus.
How it works: These oils float on top of the water. The receiver is designed to return the water to the boiling flask from the bottom, allowing the oil to collect at the top.
For Heavy Oil (Density > Water):
Choose this if: You are extracting oils like Clove (Eugenol), Wintergreen, or Cinnamon Bark.
How it works: These oils sink below the water. The receiver is specifically designed to trap the heavy oil at the bottom while returning the excess water to the flask from a higher point.
