    Use Note:

    Marking chain and actuator is very important in operating procedures.Before marking the actuator and chain, the oil must be removed from the camshaft actuator and timing chain .

    Tool Use Method:

     

    • Remove timing chain guide bolt

     

    • Remove timing chain guide plate

     

    • Remove timing chain tensioner

     

    • Rotary intake camshaft actuator to install FTST-0004 locking tool

     

    • FTST-0004 lock tool mounted to the cylinder cover and tighten to 10 N-m.

     

    • If the intake camshaft actuator independently of the camshaft and did not move the lock,

     

    • the counterclockwise rotation of the intake camshaft,

     

    • the locking tool fixing actuator,

     

    • the actuator locking on the cam

     

    • Loosen intake camshaft actuator bolt
