Ian didn't make many frames, only about 50 in all and genuine frames built by him are very rare,
This is in Reynolds 531 and is a little over 59cm, has some touch ups as expected with a frame of this age circa 1984. Frame is fully lug lined in white.
Seat post, bottom bracket and headset are included.
Delivery is no problem.
