Photo shows Mr. and Mrs. Howard E. Coffin, President of the National Aeronautics Association and was head of the Aircraft Board during the War.
Howard Earle Coffin was an American automobile engineer and industrialist. He was one of the founders of the Hudson Motor Car Company with Roy D. Chapin.
