Enhance your gear shifting experience with these 8x springs for your Fanatec Clubsport Shifter SQ v1.5 - for awesome H gate shifting and improved reverse and 7th gear shifting.

5x springs supplied each one with a different spring rate from super soft to super hard.

Softest to firmest, Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, Brown.

3x for springs for Reverse and 7th Gear, soft (great when you need 7th gear), medium, heavy spring.

Pictures shows where it is fitted and the brown/yellow sponge type spring needs to be removed. Pictures show this. Grease and fit back in with new spring. With the new springs a high level of adjustability is available and can really make the gear changing super firm. It takes around 10 minutes to change over if you are handy with DIY. You only need two Allen keys to do the job.

In development stages it took a while to find the right spec springs for this to work, lots of tuning options with these springs to get the correct shifter firmness you require, each spring feels very different.

Pictures show force gauge used, with the softest yellow spring the lowest shift force is 0.3 kg to shift gear, with the firmest Brown spring set to its strongest setting requires 11.5 kg of force to shift gear (it is too high but the spring has a desirable feel to it when set to a lower shifting force setting). Results based on my own shifter I’m sure the results will be slightly different from shifter to shifter but will be almost the same. I personally like the shifter force around the 4kg mark. Each spring has a different feeling signature, you must try all 5 of them to get exact feeling tuning you want.

Please note this is for H gate shifting, for sequential shifting nothing has changed, to use sequential shifting the new stiffer H gate shifting spring pressure will need to be reduced using the allen key in the picture. The original spring also requires reduced spring pressure aswell so nothing has changed regarding setup for sequential use.

Reverse spring the shifter stick is unscrewed off and old one removed and fitted with new one. Very easy to do.

A massive difference from the stock spring, this is my premium spring product, if you would like to buy a cheaper spring then I do sell a cheaper version.

The item for sale is the modified tuned springs for sale only (please note the spring may vary from the picture i.e number of coils, length).

I have been getting great feedback on the shifter it is a no brainer upgrade you must do! I have been running this upgrade myself for 2 years plus and see no additional wear or tear (you must grease up the spring, ball bearing and mating parts, there is already Grease on these parts but make sure there is enough on it when assembling back together).

Any questions let me know.
