Rare Original 1947 photo of a Rookie Howie Meeker from the famous Turofsky studios.

This photo is stamped on the back as  Turofsky "News Photos for Newspapers"

The Turofsky News/ media photos are tougher to find stamped than the standard turofsky photos with their standard stamp.

The photo is dated and has  notation that it's Howie Meeker who played the year prior for Stratford OHA Senior League Team, which was the team he played for prior to The Maple Leafs.

And the use this photo had with the crop marks  and notations on the back from being used twice in 1947 and once in 1956.
