SS-331H Correct Use

1.After each work, it is recommended to suction 3-5 times and empty the residual tin in the tube;

2.If the interval between use is about 20 minutes, it is recommended to clean the steel pipe with a needle after air suction;

3.It is found that the suction is reduced during use, please clean the steel pipe with a needle;

4.If the frequency of use is very low, it is recommended to adjust the tin gun to about 200 degrees, and then to the working temperature when using;

5.When the tin slag in the tin storage cylinder is about 1/2, it should be cleaned in time. When the filter cotton is found to be hardened, it needs to be replaced in time.

USE Notice:

1.After Each Use. It is Recommended to take 3-5 times of Empty Suction to Full Clear the residual Tin in The Tube.

2.If the interval is about 20 minutes, it is recommended to use a needle to clean the steel pipe after empty suction.

3.During the use, If the suction is reduced. Please use a needle to clean the steel pipe.

4.If you do not use often, it is recommended to adjust the tin gun to about 200 degrees, and then adjust to the working temperature when using it

5.When there is about 1/2 of the tin slag in tin storage. It should be cleaned in time. When the filter Spong is hardness,Pls replaced in time.

6.The Reason For Block Desoldering Gun

1)The temperature is set too low for long time desoldering, The solder Tin does not reach the storage tube,But the temperature comes down.So they Stayed in the tube,Make it Block

2)Did not clean in time when too much tin slag in the tin storage tube , This will effect the Gun's suction , In this case , you should remove tail's tin slag . it can be removed only after you use the soldering iron to heat the tin until it melt
