How can you figure out whether the sound you're hearing in your audio is coming from your recording space or your gear itself? With one of these, you can find out! This is a 150 Ohm Dummy Plug for Pre-amps (and interfaces)! The 150 ohms perfectly simulates the resistance of popular dynamic microphones such as the Shure SM57 and SM7B, but without the extra variable of your microphone itself. When you record with one of these plugged in, the sound you'll be recording is ONLY the sound your pre-amp itself is making. Incredibly useful to know if your gear is malfunctioning, or if it's just a poor recording space. Can also be used to test noise-floors between different pre-amps.

All of these dummy plugs are hand-soldered and tested to make sure they're all working properly!
