Product Description:

1 line custom text cloth patch with iron on backing and heat sealed edges to finish (recommended approx 14 characters)

Sizes :

Small - 80mm x 25mm

Standard - 100mm x 25mm

Large - 150mm x 25mm

How To Order:

• Select your single line patch size from the drop down above - Small, Standard or Large 
• Select your background cloth colour from the drop down using the chart in the images as a guide
• Select the stitching colour drop down - but leave us clear instructions of what colour you would like along with your text in the personalisation box below - Please use the stitching colour chart in the photos (Ebay won't let us create a large enough listing with all the variations we can add)
• Select font from the drop Font 1 or Font 2 using the images of the font characters as a guide
• Leave us clear instructions of the text and stitching colour you need embroidering - Please note we will stitch it how you send it - All uppercase, all lower case or a mixture of both

If there are any problems or information missing we will contact you, please keep an eye on eBay messages as this will cause a delay in your order being made and dispatched.

Important Notes:

When ordering a personalised patch there are some important details to remember.

• We stitch what you send regardless of what the image shows - if you send your details in all capitals it will be made that way, if you send it in a mixture of upper and lower case it will be made that way.  We may use our own discretion to change some details that have been left in all lower case if it fits the design better (we will insert a capital letter at the beginning).

• We recommend approx 14 characters for a single line this is to ensure it is clear and legible.  If you require more please contact us to ensure it will work on the patch style.  If too many characters have been requested and it won’t be legible we will contact you.

• We do have other fonts available.  Please message for availability before purchase.

• If we have not received all the details to complete your patch we will message you, if we do not receive the details we need to produce your order in the time it needs to be dispatched we will cancel your order.  So please keep an eye on your inbox.

• Please note this patch is for English text characters as shown for any other language please double check with us before purchase that we have the characters available.

• The patch will be made to the sizes as listed, if you require a different size please message us before purchase as extra costs are involved.  

Colour Disclaimer:

Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. This is due to the reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices that may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee 100% that colours you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online.

We also advise that some colours portrayed online may also vary due to slight changes in dye that very occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences, although these are extremely rare.

Please also do not mistake the colour of the product that is chosen for what you feel is an accurate representation of that colour. People have different opinions on what shades of colour are used for example, something that may look ‘Green’ to one person may look another shade of green to another.

Iron On Instructions

PLEASE NOTE - IRON ON IS ONLY DESIGNED TO BE TEMPORARY FIX.

 

Do NOT use on fabrics (low melting point) such as nylons, vinyl's, or leathers. Iron may scorch leathers and suede’s also leathers etc, have natural oils that interfere with the adhesion.

1) Garment should be clean & freshly laundered.

2) Set iron to "COTTON", hottest setting with the steam turned OFF.

3) Thoroughly iron area of garment where patch will be placed to dry the area.

4) Place patch on garment, embroidery facing up (Glue side down).

5) Place cloth or light towel (we used Greaseproof paper) over patch and press firmly for 30 seconds.  Please allow longer for our felt fabrics (especially black) as they are thicker fabric and would need longer for the heat to penetrate the adhesive.

6) Allow patch and surrounding area to go cold before moving.

7) If edge of patch can be lifted, please repeat step 5 and 6.

Longer lasting results can be achieved with a heat press.

ONCE PATCH IS FIXED IN PLACE WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND A RUNNING STITCH AROUND THE EDGE TO FIX PERMANENTLY.
