This Paxon patterned soup bowl is a generous 10 3/8" wide and stands 1 7/8" high at the rim. The bowl was made by Francis Morley and Company. The pattern was made pre 1858. There is a crack that can be seen on both the front and back. Please see the pictures. It has a wonderful gloss, no discoloration or chips. The botanical print depicts a rose with fern leaves around the edge.
