Product Description

The DBA DBA53928BLKS 5000 Series T3 Front Slotted Rotor is a high-performance, direct replacement brake rotor engineered for the 2020 and newer Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z51 with the Z51 performance package. Designed as a two-piece assembly, this rotor combines a high carbon alloyed iron friction ring with a lightweight aerospace-grade aluminium hat for enhanced heat management, reduced unsprung weight, and longer service life than typical OE rotors. The T3 tri-symmetrical slotting design improves pad bite and allows friction gases and dust to escape efficiently for consistent braking performance.

Featuring DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation and Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) technology, the rotor delivers superior cooling and resistance to heat-related deformation, making it suitable for spirited street driving and occasional track use. Its slotted surface helps keep brake pads clean, enhances stopping power during repeated heavy braking, and contributes to a more responsive brake pedal feel. Sold individually, this rotor requires two units for a complete front axle upgrade.
