Nickel sulfamate electrolyte is used to obtain highly durable galvanic coatings on the surface of molds and dies for stamping parts of any complexity. Nickel electrolyte coating of parts provides high strength, durability, resistance to aggressive environments, high and low temperatures, as well as radiation. Only using nickel (II) sulfamic acid electrolyte can a coating thickness of up to 8 mm be obtained, which ensures trouble-free operation of parts even at a load of more than 3000 atmospheres. This electrolyte is also used for coating insulating materials such as glass, plastic, etc.

Sulfamate electrolyte forms a coating with minimal internal stresses in comparison with all other nickel-plating electrolytes. Well suited for thick coatings, conductive coatings (electroforming), separation coatings.

Composition:

nickel sulfamic acid 450-500 g/L

nickel chloride 40-45 g/L

boric acid 30 g/L

pH = 3.6-4.2

Temperature 50-60C
