1.payment method:

payoneer is the only online payment method we accept. please make sure you have a valid/confirmed payoneer account.

 2. shipping policy:

usually, we ship all items within 2-3 days of receiving cleared payment, except sunday & holiday in india. in case of any delay, you will be duly informed and will update you with the expected date of dispatch.

 note - delivery time depends on destination and other factors. this is the expected time of delivery and sometimes it may take a longer period of time because of your countries custom clearance.

 3.custom policy:

 import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price. these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

 4. return policy:

  we accept returns within 30 days. refunds or exchange will be made only after we receive the faulty item. if the item(s) are mishandled, physically damaged or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition refund/exchange will be canceled. please note that all faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
