Item Description
The Circuit Hero Bolt-in K Series Oil Pan Baffle is a unique product that easily installs between the OEM Windage Tray and Oil Pan Floor. The baffle extends deep into the oil pan, dividing the sump into three sections, with the largest section surronding the oil pumps pickup. The dividers section off the sump so as to keep oil from moving aggressively from one side of the pan to the other during hard corning. The open top design still allows adequate return oil flow to the pan. The design is simple and effective... it keeps the pickup submerged longer during aggressive driving.

K-series Engine Compatibility Notes:
This baffle was originally designed on the 02-04 K20A2 Acura Type-S engine. However, it is compatible with other K-series engines with a few required modifications in order for the baffle to fit:
1) You must use an 02-06 Acura RSX Type-S oil pump
2) You must use an 02-06 Acura RSX Type-S oil pan
The following K-series engines will require an 02-06 Acura RSX Type-S oil pump & pan in order to use this bolt-in baffle kit:
- K20A3 (02-06 RSX base / 02-05 Civic Si)
- K20Z3 (06-11 Civic Si)
- K24A2 (04-08 TSX)
- K20/24 engine builds

We send orders via a recorded delivery, which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.

Returns

We offer a 14 working day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance to the DSR. You will receive the full refund to the value of the order (delivery costs not included).
The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of the product/order.
This applies to all orders with us unless:
- Products that are ordered in error or that you changed your mind on will be entitled to a credit note at our discretion.
- Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions (usually three months). If a product is credit noted due to manufacturing defects, the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier. We will then offer you a credit note on return including all reasonable postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Products that are damaged in transit to the customer CANNOT be refunded. If a product is damaged in transit the customer or recipient must NOT sign for the delivery. Instead the customer must refuse delivery by the courier and then contact us for further details.
