-Near Mint - Ranges from "pack fresh" to light surface scratching and/or slight whitening.
-Lightly Played - Wear becomes more noticeable, card has prominent surface scratching and/or whitening, original gloss may be lost or holofoil has become cloudy.
-Moderately Played - Wear is obvious, card has significant surface scratching and/or whitening, may have lost most original gloss or holofoil is prominently cloudy, may have bends or creases.
-Heavily Played - Damaged in a way that most likely is unplayable in tournaments, even in a sleeve. This damage may include heavy wear, creases, dents, scratches, bends, scuffs, tears, inking, water damage and/or other types of damage.
