DELIVERY TIME.

Goods that are in stock are sent out the same day, provided the order is received before 1 PM. We will try to facillate, if the order is received after that time, but our courier collections are daily at 3 PM. For UK we offer a next day or following service and for overseas it is 3 to 5 days. Sometimes there may be delays with shipping, which can be beyond our control.

PACKING

We have a despatch department where we can ship from container, pallet, and carton to the smallest of parcels. For orders of up to 2 Kg we use the Post Office and for high value items we use the courier companies.

DAMAGE

Our shipments are packed with great care, to ensure that they reach the delivery destination in perfect condition. Occasionally an item may suffer shipping damage. All items are insured for their full value. If the goods have not been checked upon delivery, please sign, but comment ‘un-checked’. It is always better to check if possible. Should any of the goods be damaged, please notify the carrier at once and retain all the original packing. The carrier will inspect the package and settlement will be made.
