This is a new pair of metal seahorses that hang on the wall.  They are made of lightweight metal and are painted in blue and gold tones.  They measure about 12 inches long.  They were made for Fox River.  They have hangers on the back.  They are not identical.  One has a bit of raised metal on its chest which is a manufacturing defect.  They are sold as is.
