Flow Blue Butter Pat Plate: (?) Antigua La Francaise

I was unable to identify this pattern, and there is no identifier on the bottom – BUT it could be Antigua La Francaise based on the gold star chain around the exterior.  Deep blue with slightly raised white dots.  Dimensions: 3” diameter.  [2520}
