This Transmission Control Module (TCM) is a genuine replacement for all 2008 Chevrolet Suburban models with the engine and 4L80E transmission. Enthusiasts commonly refer to this module as a T42 Transmission Control Module (TCM).

VIN PROGRAMMING
Once we receive your order, we will pull a used, but inspected and tested, ECU from our inventory and program it with the latest GM calibration for a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban with the engine and 4L80E transmission. IMPORTANT! If this ECU will be installed in a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban, you must provide us with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for compatibility. You may provide a VIN during checkout as a note on the order or by email immediately following your purchase.
