This unit was received as part of a larger case lot of new old stock surplus components from a closed business, the unit was received in the above seen bubble-wrap pouch with the instruction sheet only, there is no original box or additional accessories.

The unit has one tiny paint chip near the opening from other items in the main case knocking against it, but no serious damage. (see photos)
